Although there are many excellent accounting software providers out there, the main companies we work with are:

Xero, the accounting software helps manage figures on a live basis, which increases transparency and efficiency both for the client and our firm. Simply put, bank accounts are linked on Xero and transactions automatically filter through, working real-time for us to access at the same time as our clients.

Xero allows us to move away from the traditional spreadsheets, so we have digital accounting backed up with supporting documentation at the click of a button.

Receipt Bank allows you to simply snap a picture of an invoice/receipt, or submit it in email form, and it’s stored as a digital receipt. This can then be linked to its clear bookkeeping system, creating a clear audit trail of exactly where your money has been spent.
