DDCA Blog AI

I really don’t think so.

My opinion is that most people still want that human touch when dealing with their finances, that’s not to say that AI will not have its part to play, already its helping with bookkeeping faster by machine learning.

In my career I’ve had the pleasure to help peoples dreams come true, most notably we’ve seen the following

  • Clients saving and budgeting to get married,
  • Clients buying new businesses
  • Clients starting their families
  • Clients buying their dream cars
  • Clients becoming financially free
  • Clients quitting their job to make their “side hustle” into their dream job/business

Whilst AI can do most things that humans do, that “hand holding” where it comes to those pivotal moments in life, only a trusted advisor/friend can do to that personal level to really understand human nature and human relationships.

I love my job more than ever as I get to see change in peoples lives every single day and am directly linked to key decisions they may make

I ask myself the following;

  1. Can a computer programme replace the personal touch?
  2. Can a computer programme create that personal empathy when something hasn’t worked?
  3. Can a computer programme comfort someone and pick someone up when they really need it?

I THINK NOT
